Set against snow-clad mountains, the hotel's location offered breathtaking views. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to attend to our needs. The rooms were clean, with well-stocked minibars. We also appreciated the selection of amenities, especially the spa and indoor pool.

The gym lacked ample exercise equipment, making it challenging to maintain a fitness routine. The location is a bit secluded, and it can be a hassle to get to the city.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional service and fulfilled every luxurious need we had. The spa and wellness centre were top-notch, the massage was extremely relaxing, and the sauna was just what we needed after a long day. The entertainment room had comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment options. The top-class restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and dinner with a great outdoor dining area. The private facilities were exclusive and provided a comfortable stay.

We had only one minor issue during our stay. The sun loungers in the garden area were occupied most of the time, and we couldn't enjoy them as much as we wanted to.

The spa treatment was fantastic - I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was not as flavorful as I was hoping for, but luckily there were plenty of options outside of the hotel. Additionally, the room could have used some more lighting, especially in the evening. it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
